Hi there! I’m Maeesha, a front-end developer, and a graduate of the Web Development Immersive Program at HackerYou College of Technology. With a background in biology, psychology, and biomedical communications, I have developed a keen interest in UX/UI design. I look forward to using human-centered design in developing and creating beautiful online experiences.
Ultimately, I plan to continue my knowledge of audience-specific media design, responsive design, and web accessibility requirements, as I develop well-thought-out applications! Let's keep in touch!
This react app uses TMDB API to allow users to search for movies and get more information about its content. Firebase is implemented so that users are able to add or remove movies from their watchlist to keep track of movies they want to watch.
This app uses the Makeup API to help users find products that match their colour choices. Pair programmed with Linghao.
HTML CSS3/SCSS jQuery Responsive Accessible Git BEM
A pixel perfect multi-page PSD conversion, responsive across all devices, window or screen sizes.
Toronto Bike Share Races
Toronto Bike Share Races was developed for a mock client to help people use The City of Toronto bike share network using the CityBikes API. This app helps users to determine where stations are located as well as their nearest stations. Users are able to create and save custom races or get a randomized race based on their location to share with friends. Group programmed with Linghao, Gus, and Cian.
Let's build something great together!
